Information that PepperClip collects

Registration Data. Pepperclip requires that You fill in the information marked as mandatory on the Registration Form. Most of that information may be updated by You from whenever you wish.

By Using PepperClip's site, PepperClip is able to and may track certain information about You in order to perform internal research on its Users' and behavior, as well as to monitor and enforce the terms of the License Agreement. PepperClip Disclosure of Users Registration Data

PepperClip will not disclose, sell or transfer any of your Registration Data to any third parties (e.g., advertisers or business partners), except in the following cases: (i) PepperClip receives your permission; (ii) if PepperClip believes in good faith that the law requires such disclosure or transfer or (iii) as set forth below. PepperClip Community. You should be aware that in order to enjoy the Product, Your login (user) name will be available to other users of the website. However, like mentioned above, the actual personal information such as email address and password will not be available for other users to see.

Third Parties. PepperClip may at any time add business partners or co-branded sites to its site, but the sharing of information with them will be limited to only statistical information regarding Users in general, and PepperClip will not disclose any of your Registration Data, correspondence or any related information.

Special Cases.
